How does Coaching help me?
Coaching provides a method of focusing on what is important in your daily life and provides you with guidance and support to get you “off your duff” to make positive changes. Lauve’s focus and expertise is in weight loss and understanding the value social support plays in weight loss success.

As your coach, Lauve helps you define the issues and problems that are keeping you stuck. She will identify your existing strengths and provide you with the skills you need to set realistic and achievable goals. She will also assist you to create a healthy support network and create a program that is inspiring, fun and oriented towards total health. How does Coaching work?
Coaching sessions can be conducted on the phone or face to face. Individual and group coaching is also available.
