What is Wellness Coaching?
Wellness coaches are highly credentialed fitness, health and wellness professionals who coach their clients in order to help them improve in the areas of fitness, weight, stress, energy, life satisfaction, health, nutrition and mental and emotional fitness. Coaches apply areas of behavioral psychology, counseling, motivational interviewing, positive psychology, adult learning theory and solution-oriented theory when working with their clients. These methods have proven that working with a wellness coach once a week for a 3 to 6 month time period, allows sufficient time for the client to be successful in changing a behavior.
We all want to feel better, look better and have more energy. Most people know what to do, but they struggle to get there. A coach is there to bridge the gap between “wanting it” and actually “doing it”.

As your coach, Lauve helps you define the issues and problems that are keeping you stuck. She will identify your existing strengths and provide you with the skills you need to set realistic and achievable goals. She will also assist you to create a healthy support network and create a program that is inspiring, fun and oriented towards total health. Ultimately, what Lauve provides as a wellness coach is someone in your lifeboat that has the background, understanding and a wealth of experience working with people to make positive and lasting changes in their lifestyle habits.
How does Coaching work?
Coaching delivers a growth-promoting relationship designed to help you master your well-being. Lauve will become your partner and assist you to navigate the journey to reach your intended goals through coaching sessions, typically for three months or longer. Coaches don’t give you the answers, they facilitate the client’s self discovery and forward momentum. Coaching sessions can be conducted on the phone or face to face. Individual and group coaching is available.
