Wise Words
Welcome to my Wise Words Page!
I have collected a wealth of information and inspiration in the health promotion and wellness areas throughout my career. I have divided this material into 5 sections to make it easier for you to access specific areas. INSPIRE, NOURISH, MOVE, FEEL, & WORKING WELL are the primary sections that have been of interest to my clients and participants, so we’ll start with those and build from there. From research to education to motivation, each segment provides a pathway to a better understanding of the choices we make to live each day the best we can.
I hope you find these Wise Words useful and they nourish you in some aspect of your life.
Enjoy!
