TAKING CARE OF YOU: SO YOU CAN TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING ELSE!
What does it take to perform your best? To excel in creative work output – to lead, follow, copy, create, file, listen, do, re-do, un-do, and start all over again with the best attitude and job focus?
Taking care of yourself is crucial to performing your best. Whether your goals are professionally or personally focused, making the time and putting you on your priority list is a challenge for most people today. Lauve will invite you to “value yourself from the inside out, and the outside in.” If you have continually put off making a commitment to take better care of yourself, this program will be the motivation needed to start investing in your most important asset: YOU!
